This apartment is located in the block Savan that is named after a tiny deserted island in the Grenadines. This is a middle floor apartment, with 3 bedrooms. There are two patios, one on either side of the apartment. Your lagoon side patio faces east and so enjoys the breeze as well as morning sun and afternoon shade surrounded by lavish landscaping. The view from your lagoon side patio is just plain beautiful. Being on the south side of the building, you look towards the Sunset Isle with its pool and bar and across the water to the island, and yachts berthed at homes on the east and south side of the lagoon. Just being one floor higher gives you a stunning view. Your beachside patio looks straight out to the sea. It is truly breathtaking, and where you would tend to spend many evenings sipping on a rum punch watching the sun set before meeting for dinner. This patio is spacious and a nice area for the family to spend time and be together. You have two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home both with ensuite marble bathroomss, each with tub, shower and double vanity. A Staircase off the master bedroom patio allows you to quickly nip down and join the pathway to the beach for easier access. Spacious living and dining rooms link the terraces with wide arches and sliding doors onto each terrace to really give a feeling of open island living where air conditioning is rarely needed although provided. Your third ensuite bedroom is on the lagoon side. The large patio invites you to spend most of your time there, watching the boats go by, or reading a book.
